Book Early and Save
May and June disappear off the calendar fast. Ask about early bird pricing when you enquire. Availability and any current offers depend entirely on timing. Book in autumn and skip the scramble every other office in the city is having in the last week of June.
What’s Included
EOFY packages are built the same way our function packages always are: around the event rather than one rigid menu the whole room has to settle for.
- A custom food and drink menu suited to your group, not a set list everyone gets stuck with
- AV support for speeches or a highlight reel nobody actually asked for
- A dedicated event coordinator handling the details so your team can enjoy the night rather than run it
- Allergies and dietary needs sorted in advance, so nobody is left picking at a side salad while everyone else eats properly
- Flexible space, from a smaller section for a compact team through to a full level for the whole office
Full details on room capacity and setup sit on ourfunction rooms andevent spaces pages, worth a look before you enquire so you already know roughly what fits your numbers.
For a broader look at hosting company events here beyond the EOFY period, our corporate function venues page runs through the year-round options.
Ready When You Are
Picture the last few months of reports and reconciliations swapped for skyline views, good food and a room that actually feels like a celebration rather than another meeting on the calendar. Whenever your team is ready to close the year out properly, ours is ready to help you plan it.
EOFY Party FAQs
Can you provide a tax invoice for our booking?
Yes, a tax invoice can be issued for any confirmed booking. Just let our team know at the time of enquiry, so it is ready when your finance team needs it.
Can a few different teams or departments book under one event?
Yes, combined EOFY celebrations are common. Send us a rough total headcount upfront so the space and package actually suit the full group rather than the smaller number one department expects.
Is there a minimum spend for EOFY bookings?
Yes, a minimum applies and moves around based on your date, the time slot and how many people are coming, the same as it does for any other function here, so ask for the actual figure when you get in touch.
